Welcome! Our preformance horse boarding and training facility is opened in Robinson, TX in October 2008. Just minutes from Baylor University and the heart of Waco, TX this facility is run by husband and wife team Will and Kate Jackson. Will and Kate moved to Robinson from Tucson, AZ. Downsville Acres Stable is not only a fantastic horse boarding facility, but it is also home of Will Jackson Performance Horses and Happy Horse Farrier Service.

We have opened our doors! Stalls Available! We offer riding lessons!
Downsville Acres offers a 5 horse stall barn with extra large runs. In additon to our large main barn we have an additional 4 large stalls with large runs. Horses will enjoy the large pastures to stretch their legs and riders will enjoy the large lit arena boasting premium arena footing. Looking for a facility where you can practice roping or work cattle you have found the place!

Downsville Acres Stable welcomes riders and horse lovers of all abilities. Families are welcome to enjoy our friendly environment. Children of boarders are welcome to fish in our stocked catch and release pond.
